Here is a very proud moment...

Through Health Ally, patients receive the services they need outside of a physician office or hospital settings for managing chronic conditions. A major change in life, requires a high frequency of engagement for the individual to create positive momentum. The more active the engagement, the higher the possibility of adherence to the care plan and to their newly forming habits. And we saw a consistent increase in daily engagement, which in turn contributes to improvements in their health outcomes.
